Visu Piano Solo Arrangement with Chords, Metronome & BPM

Rooted in the popular pop sheet music repertoire, Visu stands as a representative work by Eric Barone. The publication presents 4 pages totaling 76 notation measures, cross-checked against standard contemporary studio engravings. Digital music repositories index this composition under ISWC `T-53D.C74.81-1`.

Cast in 4/4 (simple quadruple meter), the score delivers a balanced metric groundwork providing grounded stability with primary weight on beat one and secondary stress on beat three. At ♩ = 84 BPM (*Moderato*), the musical progression remains balanced with steady metric poise. Pedagogical directive: listen for the overarching four-bar hypermeter to keep phrases singing rather than measure-bound.

Benchmarked against Intermediate syllabus standards (intermediate study curriculum (RCM Level 5–6)), the work develops refined tonal control. Key hurdles center on achieving fluid finger legato without relying on the damper pedal to mask uneven key releases. Supporting figures featuring flowing keyboard arpeggios that support emotional melodic peaks need relaxed wrist cushioning. Pedal coordination: refresh damper pedal depth synchronously with bass root changes. Preparatory Exercise: play the melody forte while ghost-tapping the accompaniment keys silently beneath the surface.

Tonal grounding is defined by B-flat Major, marked in the score by two flats (B♭, E♭). The music alternates stability on B♭ with expressive harmonic excursions toward G Minor and its parallel relation, B-flat Minor. Harmonically, the progression B → flat → G → Am → F → Dm suspends tension over an active dominant chord awaiting tonal release. From a tactile perspective, navigating this key delivers a balanced key setting where B♭ and E♭ naturally frame the right-hand thumb on middle C and F.

Performance Applications: In performance programming, Visu is well matched for popular piano showcases, private lessons, and collaborative sessions.

Transposition Guide: The default key of B-flat Major suits standard instrumental ranges. Vocalists seeking a lower tessitura can transpose down to A-flat Major, while high-register singers modulate up to C Major. B♭ brass transpose to C Major.
