Easy On Me

Designed for Easy level pianists (foundation study curriculum (RCM Level 1–2)), this piece demands clean articulation and hand balance. The chief hurdle entails executing clean thumb crossings beneath fingers two and three during scalar shifts. Balancing flowing keyboard arpeggios that support emotional melodic peaks requires distinct volume separation between parts. Furthermore, execute full pedal clears at dynamic changes to highlight intimate moments. Study Routine: count subdivisions out loud during practice to stabilize tempo and prevent rushing.

Easy On Me highlights Adele's refined handling of musical materials in the modern pop keyboard selections. The complete engraving encompasses 57 measures across 3 pages, verified against verified performance editions and modern engravings. Bibliographic registers identify this title under ISWC `T-3DD.409.18-1` and catalog entry `mbid-3dd40918-pianistforum`.

The foundational pitch center is C Major (zero sharps and zero flats). Here, C serves as the primary resting point, while modulations into A Minor and dominant tensions in G Major shape the emotional contour. Harmonically, the progression C → G → Am → F → Dm → G7 suspends tension over an active dominant chord awaiting tonal release. From a tactile perspective, navigating this key delivers a white-key keyboard terrain where maintaining firm knuckle support prevents flat-finger fatigue.

In 3/4 (simple triple meter), rhythmic continuity is shaped by an elegant three-beat cycle with an expressive first beat and lighter companion pulses. The reference performance speed is ♩ = 98 BPM (*Andantino*), yielding a moderately flowing with clear articulation tempo profile. From a phrasing standpoint, keep forearm weight loose on beat one while gracefully floating through beats two and three.

1. Recital Staging: This selection integrates smoothly into popular piano showcases, private lessons, and collaborative sessions.

2. Key Customization: To accommodate diverse vocal registers, accompanists can transpose the C Major score: baritones rest easily in B-flat Major, while lyric tenors and high soloists project effortlessly in D Major.

3. Licensing Status: Prepared as a reference study edition under `unknown` standards for non-commercial pedagogical exploration.
